Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God's grace in its various forms.
1 Peter 4:10
Basically, what this verse is saying is that God made everyone unique and gave each of us unique gifts; perhaps He gave you the gift of being able to comfort people when they're sad, or being able to talk to people and make friends easily, or maybe you're really good at art or sports or something. The point is, everyone has a gift, and we should use the gift to serve others. If you're good at art, maybe you can draw a picture for someone who's feeling sad to cheer them up, or if you dance really well, you can perform for a senior home. Just examples. :) So your gifts and talents given by God can always be put into a good use.
