Tapioca Pudding

It's tapioca! (You probably knew from the title anyway. :P)

At first, we had to cook the tapioca. At the end, it was soooo thick and sticky; when I washed the dishes, the stuff felt like slime or something...kind of gross. But it tasted good. :)

Then, we added the coconut milk and sugar and all that stuff, then put them into cups. After that, we made another coconut and sugar mixture (except without tapioca this time) and poured it on top. The pudding's double-layered by the way; the bottom layer is thicker and has tapioca, and the top layer is more coconutty. :)
