French

Speaking of French food, let's talk about French (the language)! I'm taking French at school, but most people take Spanish which I dislike. If any of you gets an opportunity to take a language course at school, French is my recommendation (Chinese is good too).

The French teacher at Miller makes learning really fun and easy, and she's really nice too!

So you're probably wondering about why I'm telling you about all this, right? Well, I want to teach you guys some French in this post! Here are some basic things that people should know how to say: (Those words aren't pronounced like how you think they are pronounced. If you want to know, just ask Janicia!)

-Bonjour=Hello
-Au Revoir=Good bye
-Merci=Thank you
-Ca va?=How are you?/How are things going?/How's everything?
-Je m'appelle...=My name is...
-Comment t'appelles-tu?=What is your name?
and of course...
-Bonbon=Candy!!!
("Bon" means good, so "Bonbon" basically means "goodgood"! But it still means "candy")
